Your Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Catering Assistant to join our Catering Department. Main duties will include basic food preparation and cooking, assisting with the set up and clearing/cleaning of the dining area, setting out and serving food and washing up. To succeed in this role, you will ideally have at least 6 months’ relevant catering experience and either hold or be working towards an NVQ Level 2 qualification in catering, food preparation or equivalent. Good verbal communication and customer care skills are also essential, as is the ability to work successfully as part of a team and adapt to day-to-day needs of the school.  


The hours of work are:

11.00am till 2.30pm Monday and Friday 

11.30am till 2.30pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
