Your Role

Nether Stowe School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, talented, and committed Teacher of Mathematics to join our dedicated and ambitious Mathematics Department. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to make a significant contribution to the academic success and personal development of our students.

Whether you are an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we welcome applications from individuals who are committed to delivering high-quality teaching and inspiring students to achieve their full potential. As a Teacher of Mathematics, you will:

·        Deliver engaging and challenging Mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with opportunities to teach Key Stage 5 for suitable candidates).

·        Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can succeed.

·        Use a range of teaching strategies to support and stretch learners of all abilities.

·        Monitor, assess, and track student progress, providing timely feedback and intervention where required.

·        Contribute to the ongoing development of the Mathematics curriculum and departmental initiatives.

·        Play an active role in the wider life of the school.
