Willowbank Primary School is seeking to recruit a full time experienced Early Years Class / KS1 Teacher to cover maternity leave until 31st August 2027 or the return of the postholder.


We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring and committed Early Years teacher / KS1 to join our team. This is a wonderful opportunity for a passionate educator to make a meaningful contribution to our setting and support our children’s early development.

 

The successful candidate will:

  •         Plan, deliver and assess engaging child-centred learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
  •         Monitor and record children’s progress, maintaining accurate and up to date documentation.
  •         Create a stimulating and safe environment that supports curiosity, independence and emotional well-being.
  •         Inspire and motivate children and enable them to be the best that they can be.
  •  Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers to ensure each child’s individual needs are met.
  • Be committed to ensuring that all children achieve the highest possible outcome.
  • Have good curriculum knowledge.
