As a special school for ages 7–16, we support around 80 pupils, all of whom have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and often present with complex emotional, social or mental health needs.

Main purpose

The Site Assistant is responsible for supporting the Estates and Facilities Manager in:

  • Helping to maintain clean, safe, and secure school premises, including buildings and grounds.
  • Assisting with cleaning, handyperson activities, routine maintenance, porterage, and minor repairs.
  • Promoting health and safety across the school.
