Willow Primary School

Welcome to Willow Primary School.

We are a friendly, vibrant two form entry primary academy in Bessacarr, Doncaster with 400 children aged 4 to 11. 

At Willow Primary School, our aim is to foster a love of learning and develop enquiring minds; enable all our children to overcome barriers and reach their full potential. 

We strive to ensure that our children value themselves as unique individuals, celebrating diversity and respecting differences. We work together as a community to enable all our children to grow to be responsible citizens and successful learners with high aspirations who know how to make a positive contribution to their community and the wider society.  

Our ASPIRE Values permeate through everything we do and we expect our pupils to be ambitious to achieve their very best through being positive, self-motivated, engaged in their learning and independent in their decisions. There is a high focus on developing children’s moral, spiritual, social and cultural understanding.

We are proud to be a member of Exceed Learning Partnership, a Multi-Academy Trust based in Doncaster, serving a total of 10 Academies, 9 Primary Academies and 1 Secondary Academy.

As a Trust, we are passionate about improving the life chances of pupils and families. We want to make a difference and inspire others, we want to pass on our enthusiasm for learning for the next generation and we believe that a good education is the greatest means of helping establish a fairer society where everyone has the opportunity to make the most of their lives.
