About the Trust

Founded in Sheffield in 2016, Learners’ Trust is a dynamic multi-academy trust dedicated to empowering schools and students across South Yorkshire.

We believe every child deserves the opportunity to thrive. Our mission is to equip them with the skills, confidence, and knowledge they need to step into adulthood with purpose and real choices.

Our vision is built on a powerful cycle of collaboration: we develop outstanding leaders through coaching, deliver excellent teaching through inspired professional learning, and ensure equity for every learner with early, proactive support.

Our Purpose

Our purpose is to empower children from the very start, equipping them with the skills, confidence, and knowledge to move into adulthood with a world of genuine choices.

We hold ourselves to measurable outcomes: for example in a recent staff survey, 100% of staff said they were proud to be part of their school, and 99% believed pupils are safe.
