The Penk Valley Academy Trust Central Team provides strategic, operational and professional support across our schools, enabling leaders, staff and governors to focus on delivering excellent outcomes for children and young people.

Working collaboratively with school leaders, the Central Team delivers expertise across key areas including Human Resources, Finance, Governance, Estates, Health & Safety, IT, Safeguarding and Compliance. Our role is to ensure that our schools benefit from high-quality support, consistent systems and effective services that strengthen teaching, learning and organisational excellence.
