Northfield Primary School joined Pontefract Academies Trust in December 2023 and has been on a transformative journey ever since. In 2024, attendance figures were 2% above national average and this isn't just a statistic, it reflects the real buzz around school and how much children enjoy coming to Northfield. It speaks volumes about the positive culture, engaging learning environment, and the strength of our partnerships with families.

We've made significant investment in our Early Years and SEND provision, including the opening of a state-of-the-art sensory room, reflecting our deep belief that every child deserves the very best start in life.
