Join Our Inspirational Team as a Learning Support Assistant in EYFS!


Are you a professional, inspirational, and nurturing individual with a passion for early childhood development? We have an exciting opportunity to join the talented and committed team at Co-op Academy Oakwood as an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Learning Support Assistant on a temporary contract until July 2026.

This role is perfect for someone dedicated to supporting our youngest pupils (aged 3-5) as they embark on their educational journey.

The Role: Working primarily in our stimulating EYFS setting, you will be instrumental in supporting pupils' learning, play, and holistic development.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct support to individual pupils and small groups, ensuring they can access and engage with high-quality learning.

Work closely with class teachers and senior staff, offering essential in-class support for learning activities and classroom management.

Uphold the strong visions, aims, and positive ethos of Co-op Academy Oakwood every day.

Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils by rigorously following all safeguarding policies and procedures.
