Your Role


At Co-op Academy Failsworth, we are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and adaptable Academy Administrator to join our vibrant high school team and provide exceptional administrative support across the academy. - Term Time Only (plus 5 days)


In this fast-paced and central role, you will be the welcoming face and voice of the school for parents, visitors, and students, while managing critical day-to-day operations such as maintaining accurate student records, coordinating school communications, and supporting the wider team with operational responsibilities.


The postholder will typically have specific responsibilities relating to administrative support of areas such as the whole school curriculum or pastoral services and dedicated outcomes, and undertake general clerical, administrative, financial and whole school organisational support responsibilities as required and commensurate with the post.

Qualifications

5 GCSEs including Maths and English (grade 4-9) or equivalentessential
Level 2/3 Diploma in Business Administration (or equivalent) for admin, receptionists, and office staffdesirable
