- Help shape and refine a cutting-edge teacher training curriculum
- Build strong partnerships across schools and educational organisations
- Play a key role in recruiting and developing future generations of teachers.
This is an exciting role for an ambitious educator who enjoys working with adults as well as children and who is committed to professional excellence.
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status and has a strong track record of excellence in teaching and learning
- Has experience of supporting the professional development of teachers or trainee teachers
- Can inspire, coach and develop others to improve their practice
- Possesses excellent communication, relationship-building and leadership skills
- Has a thorough understanding of current educational priorities and standards
- Is committed to safeguarding and the welfare of children and young people
- Shares our passion for continuous improvement and educational excellence.
In return, we can offer:
- The opportunity to influence teacher development across a growing Catholic Multi Academy Trust
- A chance to work within an ambitious and innovative Teacher Training Hub
- Highly motivated trainee teachers and supportive partner schools
