As a Teacher Assistant, you will:
- work with and supervise individuals and groups of students under the direction of teaching/senior staff
- assist in classroom management and behaviour techniques
- support the department in maintaining a positive learning environment
- ensure students are happy, engaged and making good progress
- support the vision, ethos and policies of the school
