Your Role

We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant who is:


  • keen to make a difference in the lives of young people
  • able to establish good working relationships with students and act as a role model
  • proactive and enthusiastic
  • well organised


As a Teacher Assistant, you will:


  • work with and supervise individuals and groups of students under the direction of teaching/senior staff
  • assist in classroom management and behaviour techniques
  • support the department in maintaining a positive learning environment
  • ensure students are happy, engaged and making good progress
  • support the vision, ethos and policies of the school
