Vacancy - HR & Finance Assistant

35.5 hours per week 


Level 5, scp 7 - 12, £26,402.69 - £28,597.75 pro rata

Actual salary £22,158 - £24,000

This is a permanent, term time only position 


We are excited to be seeking to appoint a HR & Finance Assistant within our growing and progressive academy.  This role is based within our busy office team, who play a crucial role in the smooth operations of our popular and friendly academy.

We welcome applications from individuals who thrive on using initiative, keeping busy and providing excellent support to the academy through their diligence, attention to detail and friendly personality. 

The successful candidate will ensure that key business functions are carried out efficiently through the support provided to the School Business Manager and wider school team. 

You must be able to:

  • Prioritise your workload and meet deadlines
  • Work effectively with colleagues within and outside of the Academy
  • Be highly motivated, enthusiastic and approachable
  • Use a range of IT systems, including google based applications, confidently
  • Be a conscientious worker with an eye for detail
  • Communicate effectively though a range of mediums and be able to build excellent relationships.
