Prince William School is seeking to appoint a reliable, organised, and diligent administrator to work within the team of support staff in the school. The role will involve supporting the SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities)  Administrator and the Examinations Officer with arrangements for students who have special arrangements in exams as well as a variety of other administrative tasks. The ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and the ability to learn how to use other software packages is essential.

 

The successful candidate will be able to work with confidential information and have a good understanding of confidentiality, GDPR, and safeguarding matters, although training will be provided. They will be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, including parents/carers, teachers, and students. They will need to be flexible, resilient, and will thrive working in a busy office environment.t.


Prince William is a highly successful 11-18 school with happy, engaging, and interesting students. The successful applicant will need to have excellent communication skills, be a team player, have patience, a sense of humour, and the ability to maintain a calm and professional manner at all times. Experience of working with teenagers or within a school environment would be an advantage.
