Your Role

Key Stage 1 Class Teacher - Fixed Term for 1 year.

How many schools do you know of where the staff just don’t leave? Or when they retire, they continue to come back as a volunteer? Well that is true of Wadsworth Fields, our staff turnover speaks for itself. A place where staff want to be and flourish within a supportive team ethos.

We believe a school is built on positive relationships and this is tangible. The children at Wadsworth Fields are great, the parents are brilliant and the staff are an amazing team... it really is great place to work and learn. We work hard and are committed to supporting our children and families. We have high expectations of ourselves and our children.

Come and visit us to see for yourself.

We are situated on the border between Stapleford and Bramcote, benefiting from a catchment which draws from a diverse and welcoming community. We aim as a school to ‘Be the best that we can be’ and this applies to teachers and children alike, as we all want to become the best version of ourselves. We celebrate our many successes, share our strengths and support each other in areas where we are still learning. As a school we appreciate that all members are learners and that as teachers we are always aiming to refine our craft. We are therefore strongly committed to staff professional development. As part of Equals Trust you will have access to high quality professional development, collaborative working and a highly skilled, supportive and experienced team of senior leaders, including other local schools, across the Trust.
