This software is now the leading Education management tool, supporting hundreds of schools, and demand is growing!
Salary & Benefits
· Salary starting at £26,000 (rising by £1000 every year to £29,000)

So, what’s the role?
We are growing FAST! Because of this continued growth, we’re on the lookout for a new Customer Education Specialist to join the team.
This role is based at our fab Head Office at Calder Grove, Wakefield but with hybrid flexibility to work off site with your clients. We’re also super family-friendly and can offer part time or term time arrangements!
Our Customer Education Specialists will be responsible for developing and presenting training plans, materials and sessions and providing important software updates to our customers. You’ll have a genuine desire for training new users with our fab software; explaining and demonstrating in a way that makes it simple and straightforward to understand for the user.
Some of the main responsibilities for our Customer Education Specialists are:
· Responsible for having up to date product/software knowledge & producing training literature and media
· Preparing and providing high quality training to mixed groups of both customer and staff audiences using various training techniques and delivery methods
· Capturing customer process in detail and suggest options during training as appropriate
· Liaising with other departments as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
· Organising and promoting training courses
