Your Role

Thank you for your interest in this role. As the Head of Latin & Classics, this is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team and contribute to the continued success of The Grange Academy. As head of department, you will be responsible for leading and managing your subject area to ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement. You will provide strategic direction, oversee curriculum development, and support staff professional development. You will also monitor student progress, implement effective assessment strategies, and ensure high-quality teaching. Additionally, you will foster a positive learning environment, manage departmental resources, and contribute to whole-school initiatives.
