We are looking for a passionate and proactive SEN Manager to make a real difference in the lives of our students. In this key role, you will lead and coordinate support for pupils with Special Educational Needs, helping them to overcome barriers and achieve their full potential in a positive and inclusive school environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will:
- Coordinate SEN interventions and monitor student progress
- Support and lead HLTAs and LSAs
- Work with staff, parents and external agencies
- Manage behaviour, attendance and engagement of SEN students
- Contribute to SEN reviews and school-wide initiatives
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience working with children in an educational setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage behaviour and support learning
- Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent, GCSE English & Maths)
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
