GPFS are looking for a dedicated RWI Fast Track Tutor to deliver high-impact phonics interventions. This is a specialised role focused on accelerated progress. You will work with small groups and individuals, using the Read Write Inc. [RWI] framework to turn struggling readers into confident, fluent ones.


Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver Precision Tutoring: Lead targeted RWI Fast Track sessions that build decoding skills and reading fluency.
  • Accelerate Progress: Adapt your delivery to meet the unique needs of different learners, ensuring no child is left behind.
  • Collaborate & Track: Work closely with our Reading Lead and use ICT (including Excel) to monitor progress and provide feedback on pupil growth.
  • Create a Positive Environment: Maintain a calm, encouraging, and inclusive space where children feel safe to take risks with their learning.
