Your Role

NJC Scale Point 8-11 (£26,824 to £28,142 FTE) (Actual Salary £25,372 - £26,619)

Monday to Friday: 6.45am to 10.15am, then 2.45pm to 6.15pm

35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Job Share considered.

Occasional travel to other Trust sites.

What You’ll Do

 

·        Open / Close and secure the school site each day

·        Carry out routine repairs, maintenance, and safety checks

·        Monitor security systems and respond to callouts

·        Maintain outdoor areas and ensure safe access in all weathers

Knowledge of compliance checks such as fire safety and legionella.
Experience in a similar school site role.
Basic IT skills for record keeping and logging maintenance.
