Hillcrest School is seeking to appoint a highly effective Deputy Headteacher.

We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher who is:

  • An experienced and effective leader who works collaboratively and can clearly communicate a vision for the school, inspiring and empowering others to help achieve it.
  • Has the drive to build on existing strengths and lead the school to even greater success.
  • Demonstrates a strong belief that no student should be left behind.
  • Builds and sustains positive relationships with staff, governors, parents/carers, students, and the wider community, maintaining a strong and visible presence.
