(actual pro-rata annual salary £29,322 - £32,362 )

The Trustees of Inclusive Schools Trust are seeking to appoint an IT Service Technician for August 2024. We are seeking applications from motivated professionals to work in partnership with the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to provide high quality IT support across the six schools in the Trust.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the Trust’s overall infrastructure and will support adopting new ways of working in line with changes across the sector and in accordance with the DfE IT specification and requirements. They will also be responsible for managing cyber security across the Trust and will act as second or third line support for data protection and the related activities that contribute towards maintaining compliance with all statutory requirements.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals keen to develop their skills within an innovative, inspirational and forward thinking Trust. They will need to be committed to the highest level of IT service to ensure that the provision supports the achievement for all children across the schools.
The successful candidate will be an individual who has:
- An in-depth professional knowledge acquired through working in a similar role and environment, with clear evidence of continuous professional development
- Proven track record of operational Information Technology service delivery, designing and delivering network and infrastructure projects and strong understanding of cyber security and the appropriate measures that could be embedded
- Familiarity of incident response, risk management, various security tools and practices, such as firewalls and encryption technologies who is is highly professional and able to build excellent relationships with stakeholders to ensure a relentless focus on improving outcomes and increasing life-chances for children
- who understands the vision and values of Inclusive Schools Trust and can continue to develop the strong inclusive culture within the schools and across the Trust
