This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a solid foundation of HR Administration experience and is seeking to develop their career in HR further in a varied and fast paced role.


The role works as part of the Academy Operations & Business Management Team to provide HR administrative support. The role will be responsible for all aspects of Academy HR services including contract management, end to end recruitment support, staff policy administration, training records, safer recruitment compliance, HR systems administration and any other HR requirements.

The HR Assistant is a brand-new operational position supporting the Academy to ensure all aspects of the role are completed efficiently and effectively. This role will have direct line management from the Academy, but also coaching support from the Trust central HR Team, to help develop HR skills further. Support for completion of professional CIPD qualifications may also be available for the right candidate.

Qualifications
