We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher who:

  • Has exceptional knowledge and understanding of high-quality teaching, learning and curriculum design
  • Has a strong track record of securing excellent pupil outcomes
  • Demonstrates innovation and creativity in curriculum development
  • Understands the importance of high attendance and positive school culture
  • Has proven experience across the whole primary phases
  • Possesses an in-depth understanding of the Ofsted framework
  • Actively contributes to the professional growth and development of staff
  • Shows clear leadership ambition and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic learning environment
