Your Role

Windmill L.E.A.D. Academy, part of L.E.A.D. Academy Trust, is seeking a caring, efficient and reliable Catering Manager to join our friendly team. This role is vital in supporting our pupils by providing a hot meal and managing the Kitchen team in our busy school environment.

 

We are looking for someone who:

 

·      Has significant experience of working in a catering environment and managing a team.

·      Has experience of food preparation, managing a budget and stock control.

·      Understands Food Hygiene, COSHH and Health & Safety regulations and their application.

·      Has strong communication skills, is approachable and can delegate effectively.

·      Understands the importance of creating a safe and clean environment.
