Are you a passionate and nurturing teacher ready to inspire our youngest learners? Rainbow Forge Primary Academy is seeking an enthusiastic Nursery Class Teacher to join our dedicated team.


You will deliver high-quality teaching that promotes curiosity, creativity and a love of learning, ensuring every child achieves their full potential. You will plan engaging learning experiences, assess and monitor progress, and create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.


We are looking for a teacher who:

  1. Has high expectations for all children and a commitment to outstanding early years practice.
  2. Demonstrates excellent classroom management and strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  3. Builds positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
  4. Is committed to safeguarding, inclusion and promoting children's wellbeing.
  5. Works collaboratively to contribute to the wider life of the academy and support continuous school improvement.
