Your Role

Mayfield school is a special school, operational on three sites which are 12 miles apart. 


Mayfield School Chestnut Centre educates primary aged pupils with social, emotional and mental health difficulties and associated challenging behaviour. 


We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our administration team in September 2025 or as soon as possible thereafter. 

The successful candidate will have a happy and positive outlook and a genuine empathy for children and families. The successful candidate will have good organisation skills, an ability to form good relationships with staff and families.

You will have:

  • Experience of using IT (School based systems would be an advantage)
  • Great Literacy skills
  • Great communication skills
  • A flexible approach
  • An ability to respond to stressful situations with calmness


 This post is for 2 days a week. One day will be a Wednesday and the other day we can be flexible. 14.5 hours a week.
