The Potteries Educational Trust is seeking to appoint an exceptional Assistant Headteacher to join our senior leadership team at Biddulph High School and contribute to the next stage of the school’s development. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving school improvement, strengthening the quality of education, and shaping the strategic direction of the school.

We are seeking a highly motivated and reflective leader who has a strong track record of impact and is committed to securing the very best outcomes for every pupil. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, an effective team leader, and someone who can inspire colleagues and pupils alike.
