Are you ready to make a difference to individual lives, supporting learning and community? We are looking for an individual to work in our amazing team, who can form great relationships with children and be able to work with children who have SEMH needs. Training will be provided but previous experience would be desirable. 

 

As a Teaching Assistant for All Saints Babbacombe CofE Primary School in Torquay, you will work under the guidance of teaching staff with an agreed system of supervision, to implement work/care/support programmes in or out of the classroom to enable access to learning for pupils and assist the teachers in the management of pupils.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a calm and patient demeanour, who is committed to helping young people achieve their full potential. You will have had previous experience in working with children in a similar setting and be able to effectively communicate with adults and children alike.
