Contract Term: Permanent
Hours: TA – 25 hours per week
HLTA – 7.5 hours per week
Salary: TA - Grade SC2 NJC points 3- 5 Actual Starting Salary £14,475 (FTE £24,796)
HLTA – Grade SC5 NJC points 14 – 17 actual starting salary £5,173 (FTE £29,540)
Term Time only: 39 weeks per annum
Annual Leave: Taken outside of term time and paid pro-rata throughout the year (no annual leave to be taken during term time)

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant/Higher Level Teaching Assistant to:
- Provide vital classroom support and contribute to an engaging learning environment.
- Offer 1:1 assistance to pupils, empowering them to overcome challenges and achieve their best.
- Support teachers in delivering outstanding lessons and creating positive outcomes.
- As HLTA, provide whole class PPA cover across the school.
- Help maintain a happy and safe playground during break and lunch times.
We’re seeking someone who:
- Brings patience, calmness, and positivity to every situation.
- Is passionate about helping young people flourish and reach their full potential.
- Ideally has prior experience of teaching whole class groups and can communicate effectively with both children and adults.
