We are now looking for a committed, passionate and driven individual to join our Senior Leadership Team as an Assistant Headteacher.


Job Purpose:

The Assistant Head Teacher for Inclusion, Personal Development, Behaviour, and SEND will play a vital role in the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring that all pupils, regardless of background or need, are able to succeed and flourish. The post holder will work alongside and support the SENCO, Behaviour Lead, and Pastoral Team to strengthen provision, promote consistency, and ensure that the school’s values of inclusion, respect, and personal growth are embedded throughout every aspect of school life. They will lead on the school’s approach to personal development, while supporting colleagues in delivering effective inclusive and behavioural practice across all key stages.
