Since Stowe Valley Multi Academy Trust formed in 2017, our schools have been rated ‘Good’ or higher by Ofsted, with our lead school, Southam College, rated as Outstanding in 2021. · The commitment to delivering outstanding professional learning so that all our staff are positively reflecting and developing on their practice. In return,
· We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as the opportunity to work with a talented and dedicated team of educators in a dynamic and supportive environment.
· Full support of our Central Team.
· Flexible working.
· An opportunity to develop a role which is new to the Trust and which you ‘make your own’.
