We are a popular and friendly village school with excellent academic standards and we provide personalised education for all kinds of learners. Sited within the heart of Bishops Itchington village, we have a rich learning environment for pupils aged from 3 to 11 years, which includes a preschool and after school clubs. We pride ourselves in providing a nurturing and caring environment for our pupils and staff alike.
We are recruiting for a morning teaching assistant to work in Key Stage 1 or 2. The successful candidate would ideally have experience of working in a school and be enthusiastic about working with children of all ages and abilities. We are looking for someone who can be flexible, so you would be happy and willing to work with children 1:1, in a group or supporting children in the classroom. In return, we can provide you with a friendly and supportive working environment, up-to-date training in special educational needs, 'keep-up' interventions, safeguarding and first-aid. We would also wish to support less experienced Teaching Assistants to complete their TA2 qualification.
