Your Role

Nether Stowe School, part of the highly respected Arthur Terry Learning Partnership, is seeking an ambitious and dedicated SENCo to lead our SEND provision and ensure that every student achieves their full potential. Nether Stowe is a thriving and inclusive secondary school located in the historic city of Lichfield. We are proud to be part of the ATLP family – a collaborative and forward-thinking Trust.

As SENCo, you will lead the strategic development and daily management of our SEND provision. You will work closely with students, staff, families, and external agencies to identify and break down barriers to learning. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape inclusive practice across the school and champion support for learners with additional needs.


What you will need to succeed

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to complete)

Proven experience supporting and raising achievement for pupils with SEND

Be emotionally intelligent with the ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
