As a trust, we believe that excellent attendance is central to pupil success. We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly driven individual that would champion the importance of attendance and join our mission ensuring every pupil at First Federation belongs, achieves and flourishes in their school community. 

 

This is a vital role to work as part of the central Inclusion team. Working across our family of primary school from Weymouth to Plymouth, you will be pivotal in supporting schools to consistently improve attendance for all pupils and break down any barriers to attending school. You will be self-driven and with an excellent attention to detail. You will work closely with the Director of Inclusion, trust and school leaders to secure improvements in attendance and fulfil our statutory duties whilst promoting the impacts of good attendance.

Experience

Ability to use a range of data sources to analysis, identify patterns and inform decision making.essential

Qualifications

Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, including English and Maths and Grade 4 (previously Grade C) or aboveessential
Training in safeguardingessential
Level 3 safeguarding or willingness to undertake this on appointment
Training around attendance specific such as EWO
Experience of working in an attendance specific related role within the education sector.
