Your Role

Resourced Provision Lead (L1-5)

Permanent

Full time

We are seeking an exceptional and committed leader to take on the role of Resourced Provision Lead for The Meadow at Longlands Primary School. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and develop a high-quality specialist provision, opened in September 2025, designed to meet the needs of children with EHCPs.

The successful candidate will lead a provision for up to 14 pupils, ensuring an ambitious, inclusive and highly personalised approach that enables every child to thrive. You will play a pivotal role in designing and embedding a coherent model of provision that supports pupils to successfully access both specialist and mainstream learning, preparing them for the next stage of their education.

The role offers the opportunity to work within a forward-thinking and supportive school community, where inclusion sits at the heart of our values. You will lead on pathways, provision design, staffing and systems, ensuring that support is carefully coordinated, impactful and responsive to individual need.

We strongly encourage prospective applicants to visit the school to experience The Meadow first hand and see our beautiful, purpose-built provision in action. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting difference to the lives of children with additional needs and to be part of an ambitious journey of improvement at Longlands Primary School.

We offer:

  1. Excellent professional learning and support at every stage in your career, with opportunities for continued personal development through our Talent Pathway Career development pathway.
  2. An enthusiastic and supportive team of staff, parents and governors.
  3. A core belief in staff wellbeing and work life balance for all, evidenced in policy and practice.
  4. Benefits including funded counselling, physiotherapy and GP and other medical support.

The Marches Academy Trust values each person equally. We are committed to building a diverse team and embedding a welcoming, inclusive culture that encourages diversity and authenticity. We believe this will encourage creative ways of thinking – ensuring we collaborate more effectively and achieve better outcomes. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates who share this commitment.

We are also committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children in our care and expect all staff to share this commitment. Shortlisted applicants will be asked to declare any criminal convictions and will be subject to online searches. The successful applicant will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
