'...Reducing Barriers to Expand Horizons...'

About us

At Woodeaton Manor School, we believe every young person deserves a safe, supportive environment where they can flourish—academically, socially and emotionally. As a special school for ages 7–16, we support around 80 pupils, all of whom have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and often present with complex emotional, social or mental health needs.

We are proud to provide specialist day provision that builds resilience, confidence and personal growth. Our dedicated staff team work closely with pupils, families and external partners to create bespoke, holistic learning pathways, grounded in empathy, consistency and high expectations.

If you’re passionate about making a positive difference and joining a school committed to meaningful transformation, we’d love to hear from you.

Do you enjoy practical, hands-on work and take pride in creating safe, welcoming environments?
