Deputy Headteacher– Brocklewood Primary School

Required for September 2025 – secondment for maximum 1 academic year. Transform Trust employees only.

Our well-respected Deputy Headteacher at Brocklewood is retiring and following a new change to structure that will now incorporate a Head of School and share an Executive Leader with Rosslyn Park, this is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring or existing Deputies to develop their leadership skills and make a difference.


As a Deputy working within this new leadership structure, you will be able to impact significantly on embedding the changes to structure, help build what works really well and has impact at Brocklewood whilst also playing a key role in developing improvements where needed. You will be passionate about excellence in teaching and learning with a keenness to continue our belief that everyone (children and adults) should be supported and developed to “Be at their Best” in order to achieve their potential.


We are proud to be a Music Hub School, an Artsmark Gold school, forest school and have recently been a Voice21 Hub School for our work on oracy. PE and Sport is also a strength having achieved School Games Gold status for the past three years. We are also fortunate to have a strong and dedicated Governing Body.

We are looking for a Deputy Headteacher who will:
