Chief Executive Officer: Mr S French | Required: January 2026 | Trust HR Administrator Apprentice | 37 hours per week, Whole Year | Temporary until the end of the apprenticeship| Actual Salary (£14,566)


The Alpha Academies Trust (AAT) is seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic HR Administrator Apprentice to give support to their extremely busy office.  The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to prioritise workloads. They will be highly organised and have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. 

 

The role will encompass a range of duties including:

·        Completion of the recruitment process for staff, governors and volunteers to Trust.

·        Working across the Trust supporting the sites with HR duties when required.

·        Building positive relationships with all academies in the Trust.


The ability to converse at ease with members of the public, including staff and students in accurate spoken English is essential for the post, therefore postholders must be able to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence through the medium of English.
