‘Be the best that we can be’

How many schools do you know where staff genuinely describe the team as being like a family? Or when they retire, they continue to come back as a volunteer? Well, that is true of Wadsworth Fields. A place where staff want to be and flourish within a supportive team ethos.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed and caring Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our wonderful team on temporary contract until August 2027.

We firmly believe that successful schools are built on positive relationships, and this is evident throughout our community. Our children are fantastic, our parents are supportive, and our staff team is dedicated, talented and caring. It really is a great place to work and learn. We have high expectations of ourselves and our children.

We are situated on the border between Stapleford and Bramcote, benefiting from a catchment which draws from a diverse and welcoming community. We aim as a school to ‘Be the best that we can be’ and this applies to teachers and children alike, as we all want to become the best version of ourselves. We celebrate our many successes, share our strengths and support each other in areas where we are still learning. As a school we appreciate that all members are learners and that as teachers we are always aiming to refine our craft. We are therefore strongly committed to staff professional development.
