You will have line-management responsibility for Level 2 and Level 3 Learning Assistants, helping to coordinate effective support for students across the school.

We are looking for candidates who:

  6. Communicate clearly and build positive relationships with students, families, colleagues and external agencies.
  7. Are calm, compassionate and committed to safeguarding, confidentiality and inclusive practice.
