This is a pivotal appointment: you will shape the next stage of the academy’s journey, working closely with the Trust CEO, Director of Secondary Education, the Central Team and the Local Governing Body to deliver an exceptional Catholic education for every pupil.

About St Augustine of Canterbury Catholic Academy

Motto: “In Faith We Grow”.

Through prayer, service, and a commitment to excellence, we grow together in faith, supporting one another, celebrating our unique gifts, and preparing to make a difference in the world. Our Catholic Life is a journey of hope, belief, and love, and we are proud to walk it together.

As a Catholic school we nurture our students to become strong, independent young women and men, ready to make a significant contribution to our communities, locally, nationally and internationally, rooted in the goodness of God.

We want our students to be happy and successful, but also to live out the Gospel values of fairness, care and compassion. That is what makes our school community a special place in which to grow and learn.

The academy was judged Good for Quality of Education, Behaviour and Attitudes, Personal Development, and Leadership and Management Ofsted (December 2024)
