We are excited to offer the position of Student Engagement Lead at Kineton High School. As a fully inclusive school, we are committed to removing the barriers to education for all of our students. This vital role will involve leading and supporting the re-engagement and reintegration of students into mainstream lessons and working closely with the Assistant Headteacher (Behaviour and Ethos) in managing the behaviour systems. You will also collaborate and support the wider pastoral team in prompt actions to support students, establishing positive relations with students, staff and parents/carers and promoting the values of the school. Kineton High School is an oversubscribed, diverse and mixed 11-18 comprehensive with approximately 1100 pupils on roll (180 in the Sixth Form).
