- Do you have hands-on maintenance, DIY, caretaking, facilities, building or trade experience and want a role where your work genuinely makes a difference every day?
- This is far more than a traditional site role. Every day brings something different, from carrying out repairs and maintenance to helping ensure our school remains a safe, welcoming and positive environment for children and young people with Special Educational Needs.
Whether your experience comes from facilities management, construction, maintenance, property services, a trade background or practical hands-on work, we would love to hear from you.
What Matters Most to Us
- We recognise that skills, experience and attitude can be just as valuable as formal qualifications.
- If you have practical maintenance skills, enjoy tackling a variety of tasks and take pride in keeping buildings and grounds in excellent condition, we encourage you to apply.
- GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent) is essential. However, where candidates can demonstrate relevant skills and experience, we are committed to supporting the successful candidate to achieve any required qualifications through training and professional development.

- A commitment to supporting children and young people by contributing to a positive school environment
