Your Role

Loders CE Primary Academy are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and highly motivated individual to support an EYFS pupil with complex needs. The successful applicant should have experience of supporting pupils with Speech, Language and Communication Needs.


The successful candidate will be required to:

  1. Establish constructive relationships with the pupil and encourage interaction with others
  2. To promote inclusion through the development of social skills, language and emotional well-being.
  3. Liaise with other professionals both within and outside the school
  4. You will be expected to show a high degree of initiative and be able to react to given situations with integrity and compassion
