We place a strong emphasis on building a healthy team, as we believe that: Happy Team = Happy Children = Happy Families. We create a setting in which all staff know that they are valued and supported. A healthy, happy team creates a healthy, happy school and nursery environment, and a positive friendly atmosphere for the children to thrive in.

At Westvale Park, every individual is valued for who they are and what they contribute to the school. Our core values, intending to support the personal, social, and spiritual development of every pupil throughout the school, are:

-             Family

-             Curiosity

-             Gratitude

-             Responsibility

-             Diversity

-             Excellence

Aurora Academies Trust was established as a multi-academy trust in September 2012. There are currently seven schools in the trust, over 400 employees and our schools cater for around 3000 pupils. We pride ourselves on the strong collaboration that is at the heart of our school improvement offer. Our curriculum development team and professional networks are a key feature of the support that we provide to schools.
