Castlefield Campus

Welcome to Castlefield Campus, an inspiring and supportive learning environment for pupils in Years 7 to 11 (Key Stages 3 and 4).

At Castlefield Campus, we are committed to creating a happy, safe and stimulating environment where every pupil is valued and encouraged to achieve their full potential. We promote respect, responsibility, independence and creativity, helping young people build confidence, increase motivation and develop a lifelong love of learning that prepares them for life beyond school.

Our ethos is underpinned by three core values:

Aspiration

We hold the highest aspirations for our pupils, nurturing their academic and social understanding so they can grow and reach their fullest potential. We ignite curiosity and foster a lifelong passion for learning and exploration.

Resilience

We empower our pupils to understand and manage their emotions, develop perseverance and maintain a positive mindset. We support them to overcome challenges, embrace setbacks and become confident, resilient individuals who are prepared for adulthood.

Kindness

Within our nurturing environment, we cultivate empathy, compassion and mutual respect. We encourage pupils to appreciate diversity, support one another and contribute positively to our school community, creating a strong sense of belonging for all.

If you would like to know more about the school or arrange a visit, we would be delighted to hear from you and show you how Castlefield Campus supports young people to thrive both academically and personally.

We look forward to receiving your application and potentially discussing the role with you in the near future.
