Are you an organised, proactive and highly professional administrator looking for a rewarding leadership role within education?

Ambition Community Trust is seeking to appoint an experienced and motivated Office Manager to lead the day-to-day administration function at Tameside Alternative Provision Academy. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting pupils, families and staff by ensuring the academy's administrative systems operate efficiently, effectively and professionally.

The successful candidate will lead and supervise administrative staff, oversee attendance and pupil information systems, manage data and compliance processes, support financial administration and provide high-level operational support to senior leaders. The role is central to ensuring robust systems and procedures are in place to support the smooth running of the academy.

We are looking for a candidate who has excellent organisational and communication skills, experience of working within a busy administrative environment and the ability to manage competing priorities whilst maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
