Your Role

St Michael's Church of England Academy is part of All Saints Multi Academy Trust. The school is situated in Crosby, in a popular residential area, close to open countryside and an impressive coastline, and offers excellent transport links.

Our Christian Vision and Values underpin everything that we do, and we are driven to ensuring that every student at St Michael’s can flourish and be their very best. Our community is diverse: academically, socially, and culturally, and it is this diversity which makes it such a special place to work.

We are seeking a Data, Cover & Examinations Officer, on a permanent basis, to join our team to manage all aspects of examinations (internal and external), pupil data and organising cover for absent staff.

We would like you to have:

  • Experience of organising and preparing internal and external examinations
  • A knowledge and understanding of JCQ rules and regulations
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Experience of working with complex systems and data
  • Ability to be flexible in approach and to work as part of a team

If you feel that your values and ambitions align with ours, and you believe that you can support our journey to deliver our vision, we would love to hear from you.

St Michael’s Church of England Academy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
