Make a difference every lunchtime!
We’re looking for a caring, proactive Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant to join our team and help create a safe, positive and enjoyable lunchtime experience for our pupils.
In this role, you will:
- Supervise children in the dining hall, playground and around the school
- Encourage positive play and help pupils build friendships
- Support behaviour expectations in line with school policies
- Promote healthy eating and safe movement around school
- Respond to minor first-aid needs and support wellbeing
- Help set up or tidy designated lunchtime areas
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Warm, friendly and confident working with children
- Able to use initiative and remain calm under pressure
- Reliable, punctual and committed to safeguarding
- A great team player with good communication skills
