Your Role

Make a difference every lunchtime!


We’re looking for a caring, proactive Lunchtime Supervisory Assistant to join our team and help create a safe, positive and enjoyable lunchtime experience for our pupils.


In this role, you will:


  • Supervise children in the dining hall, playground and around the school
  • Encourage positive play and help pupils build friendships
  • Support behaviour expectations in line with school policies
  • Promote healthy eating and safe movement around school
  • Respond to minor first-aid needs and support wellbeing
  • Help set up or tidy designated lunchtime areas


We’re looking for someone who is:


  • Warm, friendly and confident working with children
  • Able to use initiative and remain calm under pressure
  • Reliable, punctual and committed to safeguarding
  • A great team player with good communication skills
